Essential Skills for Crisis Management
Our Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training is designed for professionals who may encounter agitation, escalation, emotional distress, resistance, or crisis behavior in the workplace. The training focuses on prevention, communication, de-escalation, safety awareness, and respectful intervention.
Participants learn how to recognize warning signs, respond with calm authority, reduce power struggles, and support a safer environment for clients, staff, and the community.

3. Safety, Escape Risks & Positioning
Training includes practical awareness of physical risk, safe disengagement, movement, positioning, and strategies to protect yourself and others while maintaining dignity and respect.
4. Built for Behavioral Health & SUD Teams
This training is designed for professionals who work with people in real-world settings, including behavioral health, substance use, residential care, community programs, and helping-service environments.
