1. Initial SAP Evaluation
The process begins with a confidential DOT SAP evaluation to review the violation, substance use history, safety concerns, and what services may be needed before returning to duty.
Best for: CDL drivers and safety-sensitive employees after a DOT drug or alcohol violation.
Fee: $485| Payment plans available
2. Education/Treatment
After the evaluation, Counselor D. Wyllie provides recommendations for education, treatment, counseling, or other required steps based on DOT requirements and clinical need.
Includes: clear guidance, documentation, and next steps.
3. Follow-Up Evaluation
Once recommendations are completed, a follow-up evaluation is completed to determine compliance and provide return-to-duty and follow-up testing recommendations when appropriate.
Goal: help you move through the process professionally and responsibly.
