DOT SAP Privacy Notice
For DOT SAP evaluations, certain information may be shared with authorized DOT-regulated parties, such as the Designated Employer Representative, when required by DOT regulations or when proper authorization is provided.
Participation in DOT SAP services does not guarantee employment, return-to-duty approval, or employer acceptance. Final employment decisions remain with the employer and/or appropriate DOT-regulated parties.

Training and Event Information
For professional training, CPR/BLS/First Aid, LCDC test prep, CE events, or workshops, DNW Education & Training Solutions may collect registration information, attendance records, payment information, certificates of completion, and communication preferences.
CPR, BLS, Heartsaver, and First Aid trainings are certified through the American Heart Association, when applicable.
